Service by Publication — Summonses & Citations, Riverside County

When a defendant, missing spouse, or unknown party can't be served in person, California courts order service by publication (CCP §415.50). We publish civil summonses, family-law summonses, adoption and custody citations, and quiet-title summonses — court-adjudicated for all of Riverside County.
